Alastair Hanlon is the Director of Product and Solutions Strategy for Convergys Information Management business. He is responsible for working with clients to develop innovative BSS and OSS solutions. In this role he is defining new products and services that are relevant to today's highly competitive markets. His background is in management consulting, and he developed worldwide telecoms industry experience with Geneva Technology Ltd and now Convergys Corporation, specialising in product management and product strategy. Alastair has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Cambridge.
Fiona Fulton is the Director of Product and Solutions Strategy for Convergys Information Management business where she specialises in strategy and product management. She has extensive expertise in BSS and the telecoms industry, developed from working with numerous network equipment providers and cellular operators. Fiona has a Masters degree in Electronics from the University of Edinburgh and is a chartered engineer.
